Partecipa ai lavori presso il Ministero della Sanità sull’applicazione della direttiva 93/42/CEE (1998) Pubblica con UNI le “Linee guida per l’applicazione delle norme UNI EN ISO 9001 e 9002 nelle strutture odontoiatriche” (2000).
Fonda e dirige le riviste “Implantologia Orale” – UTET (1998); “italian DENTAL Economist” – MASSON (2001) e “Dental Clinics” – FORM@S (2006).
Dal 2006 al 2015 è titolare di una casa editrice accreditata come Provider ECM presso il Ministero della Salute per la formazione continua in ambito medico.
Tra il 2012 e il 2017 scrive oltre 100 articoli tecnici, validi come aggiornamenti formativi in materia di Igiene e Sicurezza dei luoghi di Lavoro (81/08) su numerose testate specializzate del gruppo Tecniche Nuove.
È autore di una collana di oltre 50 volumi in materia di 81/08, in particolare sulle attività sanitarie e di servizi alla persona.
Nel 2010 fonda – e presiede tuttora- l’associazione ITALIA IMPRESA, firmataria di 10 CCNL accreditati presso il CNEL.
Dal 2008 è socio Rotary e nel 2016 fonda l’associazione R4H – Rotarians4healtH, di cui è presidente.
Dal 2019 è socio dello Spin-off universitario e start-up innovativa MEDnoTE s.r.l.

Laureato in Ingegneria Meccanica, formato professionalmente in una grande società di impiantistica metalmeccanica (INNSE), con la quale ha maturato una buona conoscenza del mercato cinese, vanta una consolidata esperienza di Direzione Generale di Aziende di Medie dimensioni, sia private (BTS e Logitron) sia appartenenti a gruppi internazionali (IMS-Caradon).
ESMERALDA VERSACI – (RC Milano PORTA VERCELLINA)
Esmeralda Versaci nasce a Reggio Calabria nel 1975 per poi trasferirsi a Milano e laurearsi in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari presso l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Piacenza.
Prima di intraprendere l’attività di Consulente Alimentare, ha collaborato con l’ Azienda Sanitaria di Bergamo – Laboratorio di Sanità Pubblica, nelle sezioni di analisi chimica e microbiologica degli alimenti.
Ha collaborato con il Dipartimento di Produzione Vegetali dell’Università degli Studi di Milano – Laboratori di Ricerche Analitiche sugli alimenti.
E’ stata Responsabile della produzione, controllo e vendita dei prodotti alimentari del Laboratorio di Ricerca e Produzione Alimentari presso una struttura privata a Desio (MI). Ha collaborato come Consulente Alimentare in diversi Centri di Medicina Estetica in Lombardia.
Ha concepito ed affinato un proprio metodo di Rieducazione Alimentare, rivolto al largo pubblico, basato su principi biochimici, modulando il rapporto insulina/glucagone, scegliendo un’alimentazione a basso indice glicemico.
